- Welcome guests by creating an engaging atmosphere, provide high quality services
- Positively surprise guests at the right moments, through small or large gestures and acts of kindness
• Give guests personalized recommendations in order to optimize overall guest satisfaction
• Take initiative in investigating low scores or negative guest feedback related to concierge services
- Report guests feedbacks and issues to superiors in order to find a prompt and best solution
- Acquire professional knowledge about suggestive selling and upselling techniques and train these skills to your teams
- Make sure that the team knows how to handle guests mail, messages, fax, parcels and special deliveries in a prompt and professional manner, adhering to resort's established procedures
- Make sure that guest phone calls and emails are handled in a prompt and professional manner
• Collab and ensure third party companies provide on a regular basis to ensure they live up to Regent standards
- Ensure guest are provided with smooth pickup/drop off services and Assign transportation schedule according to business needs
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 2 years experiences or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with employees and third parties at all levels.
- Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
