Mô Tả Công Việc
- Responsible for managing all aspects of maintenance staff on a daily basis. Directs, coordinates and performs routine, preventive and emergency interior / exterior maintenance and repairs to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of hotel operations.
- Directs the Engineering staff, accounting/budgeting, asset protection, inventory control and human resources.
- Other duties assigned by the Board of Management

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
- Age from 35-45 (Male)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant certifications
- In-depth understanding of ME, LA, BM, etc
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in identifying and resolving engineering and maintenance issues promptly
- Proven experience in budget planning and management
