• Project Management: Plan and oversee renovation and construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints.

• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards to create a secure environment for guests, staff, and contractors.

• Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective support for maintenance and repairs.

• Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans, ensuring the property‘s ability to effectively manage crises and unexpected situations.

• Innovation and Technology: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements that enhance the guest experience and operational efficiency.
