- Check and monitor the completion of labor contracts... for employees to ensure compliance with the law
- Manage HR data, collect information and fulfill HR data system.
-Complete payroll document for tax purposes and personal income tax records
- Draft and revise suitable policies & procedures with company strategy.
- Implement the regimes related to sickness, insurance, maternity ... to support employees properly and timely according to the law
- Do HR reports as requested
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University graduation (Human resources, Legal, Business Administration,..)
- At least 4 years working experience in related fields.
- Priority will be given to candidates who work in Garment field or international working environment from 200 employees
- Good English reading & writing
- Good understanding of total rewards, labor law, ..
- Competent MS Office: excel, PP
- Active at work and good working attitude
- Hard working, good communication, careful person
- Logic and analytical thinking, have an eye in detail
- Flexible capacity for workload, could work under pressure
