1/ Internal communication (60%)
- Plan and implement short-term and long-term internal communication activities.
- Plan, coordinate and implement detail internal communication events in suitable with the company culture and vision of the Board of Directors
- Responsible for the concept of internal event: content, image, event scripts, MC scripts...;
- Report periodically to the manager on Internal Communication activities.
2/ Employer Branding (40%)
- Responsible for coordinating with the recruitment team to build the employer branding
- Suggest ideas and plan for employer branding activities of the Company.
- Be in charge of company communication channels (Facebook, Website, LinkedIn ...), to bring company value and culture to potential candidates
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communication, public relations, foreign languages, human resource or other related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in internal communications.
- Basic English communication skills
- Good knowledge and experience in organizing cultural events and activities;
- Ability to connect and engage people, actively in coordinating and deploying work;
- Nice to have skills: Design, Edit Video, basic photography, MC, content writing..
- Creative, willing to learn new things,
- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Salary: up to 20M
- Package 14-15 months salary/year, Salary review: every January
- 100% salary on probationary period
- Working time 8:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday; Saturday, Sunday off
