• Create and publish job ads in various portals.
• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media
• Hunt and set up interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles: sales, telesale, sale leader, BO roles, …
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least 1 year experience at Mass Recruiter
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and recruitment professional websites
• Strong interpersonal skills

Quyền Lợi
• Salary: 9-10 M in gross per month
• 13th, 14th month bonus based on KPI.
• Social insurance, annual trip,….
• Working time: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM
