Responsible for key people activities (recruiting, compensation & benefits, etc.)
1. RECRUITING
- Work closely with Heads of department to identify recruitment needs in line with manpower plan;
- Carry out recruitment process: job posting, coordination of test/interview procedure, candidate sourcing, etc. to effective employment for assigned open positions
- Coordinate or join in indoors or outdoors recruitment events (job fairs, seminars...)
- Build applicant sources and data by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, other recruiters, media and internet sites
- Employee offers, complete onboarding processes like adding to personnel profile management software and provide recruitment and HR report as requested
2. OTHERS
- Responsible for CSR & Internal Events
- Supporting other departments if required.
- Other tasks assigned by HR&GA Team Leader .
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University degree or higher in Human Resources/ or other related field with good Human Resources senses, strong technical acumen, including Excel and Power Point.
- Having knowledge on Vietnamese Law, especially in Labor Law.
- Proficient in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above).
- At least 4-5 years of experience in HR position (Candidates with HR knowledge of working in shopping mall business or experience in mass recruiting is desirable).
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- High attention to details.
