Client Support & Business Development Associate

         1. Client Support

• Provide translation service support to clients, trouble-shooting where necessary
• Over the phone and face to face on the company’s translation service
  Provide significant support to Client Support Supervisor to implement STAR Vietnam’s technical translation services to existing and new cooperate clients and manage any issues that may arise with existing clients and partners, which may require face-to-face prospect/client visits, running webinars, etc.
• Overall responsibility for the administration of the Client Support & Business Development Division
  Plus a number of other tasks, including opportunities to assist on special projects
  
  2. Business Development
• Plan and carry out market research, customer and competitor surveys/marketing activities/ sales  prospecting/monitoring & follow-up towards direct sales to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales ... (principally direct mail/ telemarketing/ Direct participation in Networking/ Seminars/ Workshops/ Exhibitions and customer visits etc… towards sales prospects.
• Develop ideas and create offers for direct mail and marketing to major accounts by main market sector and STAR Vietnam's technical translation services. 
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits. 
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff. 
• Weekly marketing activities / Monthly sales forecasting and reporting.
• Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development. 
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
