As a Cloud DevOps Lead/Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Lead cloud migration and operations across 10 BUs, managing 5+ contractors and 30+ IT colleagues per BU.
Architect and implement secure, automated cloud infrastructure and operations.
Define and enforce cloud security policies, standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with Group Security and Infra teams to ensure compliance and resilience
Drive DevOps and infrastructure automation initiatives across all BUs.
Educate and support local IT teams on cloud-native technologies and cyber risk management.
Lead the Cloud BAU team to support ongoing operations and migrations.
Manage and develop container platforms and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Manage vendor relationships and cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-first strategies.
Communicating and discussing directly with cross-countries technical team and Manager in English

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
7+ years or more or relevant experience, and 2+ years in managing contractors and small team
Bachelor degree in computer science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Software Development, or a related field.
Experience with containers platforms (Docker EE or Openshift) and orchestration (Swarm, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes or AWS Elastic Kubernetes)
Solid knowledge in security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, vulnerability scanning, WAF, CASB, cloud security gateways, etc.
Previous experience in cloud platform in security or infrastructure implementation and operations, also networking and infrastructure automation implementation or operation
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, NodeJS, Java, etc
English Communication: Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for daily meetings and direct interactions with cross-country Managers.
