Cloud Engineer Team Leader (Azure)

Are you a skilled technical professional with a passion for leadership and cloud technologies? As the Cloud Engineer Team Leader at Dinotronic Vietnam, you’ll play a dual role: providing hands-on technical expertise (up to 60 - 70% of your time) while leading a dynamic team of 5 engineers (30-40%). Here's what your role will look like: Manage a team of five Cloud Engineers, help them coordinate & follow-up on tasks and check on quality & deadlines Coordinate between Vietnam team and Switzerland headquarters, dispatch task & tickets, maintain proactive communication Lead the DevOps sprint meetings and conduct testing Work on reporting tasks and security requests Provide guidance and technical support to team members to foster skill growth Maintain, improve, and support customer environments using Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies Onboard customers to standardized M365 & Azure environments, manage migrations, conduct proof of concepts (PoC), and suggest solutions together with our international team Handle support incidents, daily operational tasks, enhance the security of our services and work on modern cloud technologies depending on your skills and preferences Optional, if interested: Work on automating our onboarding-tasks and enforcing our standards by using PowerShell scripts and Azure DevOps as well as Power Platform, supporting our vision of a fully-automated managed service provider
