Job Summary:The Distribution Manager (Ecommerce) is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the online distribution strategy across multiple properties within a hotel cluster. This includes ensuring accurate content, pricing, availability, and channel connectivity on all third-party and direct booking platforms. The role supports revenue growth, parity compliance, and seamless system operations to enhance market reach and conversion.Responsibilities:• Monitor channel performance (OTAs, GDS, brand website, metasearch) and resolve discrepancies in availability, rate, or content.• Ensure rate parity across all channels; identify and fix parity violations.• Conduct daily audits of room inventory and pricing to ensure accuracy across platforms.• Liaise with Reservation and Revenue teams to adjust availability, restrictions, and stop-sells in real-time as needed.• Monitor extranet portals (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, etc.) for system errors, updates, and promotions.• Troubleshoot channel connectivity issues and coordinate with CRS/PMS/channel manager vendors.• Support urgent promotional uploads or changes initiated by Marketing or Revenue.• Coordinate with the Revenue Manager on tactical promotions and load them on all relevant channels.• Review and update room types, descriptions, and images to ensure consistent, attractive content.• Analyze competitor pricing and positioning across OTAs and GDS.• Conduct performance reviews of distribution channels and provide insights.• Work with eCommerce/Marketing teams to align campaigns with distribution strategies.• Compile performance distribution reports, including production by channel, booking windows, and conversion metrics.• Review the cost of sales by channel and advise on optimization strategies.• Audit rate loading and package offers to ensure correct setup and expiration.• Coordinate with Sales & Revenue teams on RFP distribution strategy and GDS rate loading.• Review channel contracts and commission structures; make recommendations for renegotiation or optimization.• Train property staff on OTA tools, content, and promotion mechanics (as needed).• Strategic Channel Management• Connectivity & Technology Optimization• Compliance & Risk Management• Ad-hoc tasks upon request

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related fields.• 3+ years of experience in distribution, revenue management, or e-commerce within the hotel industry.• Strong knowledge of OTA platforms, GDS, channel managers, and booking engines.• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and reporting skills.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with OTA partners.• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office (knowledge of RMS or CRS systems is a plus).
