• Ensure effective-running operation of the Department’s administrative functions
• Co-operate with all departments for professional operation
• To organize the filling system of the department
• Ensure that the stock of stationery items are accounted for and well maintained
• Organize the recording system for all in-coming and outgoing correspondences as well as incoming telephone calls
• Handle all typing work required
• Ensure the cleanliness of the office
• Assist in the packing of materials when required, e.g. Hotel brochures, sales kits etc.
• In charge of sending and receiving mails, postage when required
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Working experience as a Sales Admin or similar role
• Fluent in English speaking
• Diploma or equivalent education
