• In charge of the formulation of sales plan; responsible for the development of sales plan
• Actively participate in all aspects of sales, focusing on all revenue streams working to specific revenue targets
• Key account management of existing clients
• Driving and exceeding individual room night / revenue goals
• Develop and maintain new client relationships and opportunities
• Maintains proper and up-to-date database of clients

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Inbound markets/Domestic Market
- Knowledge of Destination & trend
- Good relationship with TOs/ TAs/ DMCs
- Good communication and presentation skills, in both English and Vietnamese
