Mô Tả Công Việc
- Responsible to oversight the ethical and social polices/ programs are up to date and implementation.
- Ability to use sound of judgement to make effective decisions within context of compliance and be able to support decisions with facts and details.
- Ability to research, analyze complex regulations/laws and provide solutions to support business objectives and Introduce new compliance assessment programs to suppliers.
- Monitor and review existing suppliers to ensure, maintain compliance with required Ethical and Social Compliance programs and follow through with any audit corrective actions needed.
- Monitor the validity of social & security audits, certifications and other required audits
- Be a member of HR team, supporting HR related work;
- Translate documents or meetings when necessary;
- Other related tasks as assigned by management;
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- College/University degree in relevant fields (Law, CSR, ...);
- Have strong knowledge in Compliance and CSR;
- Experience as Compliance position at least 2 year.
- Experienced in receiving factory Audit teams;
- Working in the factory experience is prefer;
- Language required: English 4 Skills;
- Good team player, learning attitude, able to work under pressure;
