Control Room Officer will provide and support Control Room Operation in a 24-hour response environment - utilizing and operating all the systems within the control room, ensuring that all requests for assistance are attended too and that all electronic systems are operating to their optimum.

- Perform Control Room daily operations with high integrity and efficiency
- Monitor CCTV during the shift and report any unusual activity to line manager
- Ensure compliance with all regulations in terms of Control Room Operations
- Administration of Security Access Control System's user accounts and conducts periodical review with respective Departments pertaining to use to role and role to function.
- Ensure Security officers and Control Room operators and Unarmed Outsourced Security officers align with Security Control Room operation procedures respectively.
- Conduct training for new joiners as well as periodic refresher training.
- Ensure proper documentation is performed with easy retrieval whenever audit requires.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as Control Room Officer or relevant position
- Knowledge of Security Operations and Fire Procedures
- Must have integrity and professionalism
- Must be able to work any shift including weekend, night and holidays; and/or work extended hours if required
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with operating Security equipment and system
