Job PurposeThe job holder is responsible for shaping and designing products by writing clear and concise copy in our digital apps and other touchpoints for an improved customer experience. The job holder will work directly with product designers to create and test content for new products and features as they are being built. The job holder will be the voice of the brand and tell stories that inspire customers and communicate the journey they are on.Key Accountabilities (1)User Experience Design• Write copy for screens created by product designers from buttons and explanations, to errors and updates.• Construct conversational interactions that improve the coherence and clarity of forms and interactions.• Develop consistent language patterns and keep the Voice and Tone section of the Design System updated.• Conduct research to understand customer language and mental models.• Review designs and ensure copy is on brand and meets quality expectations and user needs.• Write informative news pieces for PXD that promotes our work across the organization.• Review changes or enhancements for alignment with desired user experience copy and satisfaction standards and drive improvement changes.• Support Product Designers to create storyboards, samples, prototypes and templates for demonstrations and user testing.• Produce copy with translations in Vietnamese and English.Key Accountabilities (2)Design Documentation• Proactively collect business requirements from cross functional team members to translate into design documents.• Update the Design System.• Update handover documents to developers for use as final, desired copy.Key Accountabilities (3)Key Relationships - Direct ManagerSenior Manager, Customer experience (CX) DesignKey Relationships - Direct ReportsKey Relationships - Internal StakeholdersProduct Owners and Initiative DirectorsKey Relationships - External StakeholdersCustomers, Partners providing professional services
