As a successful Country Manager, you would need to demonstrate strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills. You should be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision and possess the ability to assemble and manage teams. Presentation, analytical and planning skills are also essential. Above-average people management, customer service and leadership skills are crucial for Country Managers. In addition to these capabilities, the candidate should be able to do the following:• To oversee all aspects of business operations, including recruiting and training staff and maintaining budgets, responsible for P/L and profitability of the company• Possess a deep understanding of country’s local regulations to enforce compliance • Ability to research and develop brand strategies and implement them to promote company products and services• Identifying able partners for other regions or provinces to expand business• Develop operational plans for company growth and sales improvement• Continuous assessment of progress, sales and marketing successes and reporting to HQ.• Involve in recruitment of suitable candidates and also assess existing staff to build a successful team

Required Qualifications• Possess an engineering degree with business studies specialisation• Be conversant with all reporting tools(MS office), CRM, opportunity reporting etc• Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role.• Strong track record of both individual and team sales performance, with experience in managing and closing large, complex deals • Knowledge of Steel, Automotive and Oil and Gas Industry• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers at all levels.
