• Lead team of Customer Quality, Outgoing Inspection, PPAP and IMDS to work with cross function team to ensure the quality related activities in the APQP process under control to reduce the risk of mass production stage and achieve the quality goals• Be the first contact point to identify & inquiry Customer inputs and to assure those requirements incorporated into related process/function, including SC/CC requirement• In liaison with process engineering team to define safe launch plan and implementation of safe launch plan at the outgoing inspection station• Communicate with customer on quality issues • Summarize and monitor safe launch phase and PPAP till customer approved.• Monitoring and updating IMDS. • Identify the customer requirements on the test and test report and have them translate into process. • Coordinates complete all kinds of quality reports which requested by customer during the Project Running• Lead customer complaint management process, receive customer complaint information and record, archive all the information, including but not only analysis report, sample parts and communication with customer till the complaint closed, mainly task include following• To stop shipment to ensure that non-conforming product do not ship to customer and stop production to correct quality problems or process that do not conform to requirements• To monitor customer scorecards and customer portals on ensuring meet and monitor customer satisfaction• Other tasks as assigned

• At least +05 years experienced in the same position, level• Minimum +10 years in Manufacturing environment; automotive industry is preferred• Experience in carrying out audits according to IATF 16949• Proven record of high level of compliance and quality mind set• Personality: Good communicator, Assertive, Drive, Fair, Patient, Responsible• Must adopt a practical approach towards work• Must be methodical• High level of problem solving 8D, PDCA and quality tools. and analytical skills – able to analyze data and information from different areas of the business and come up with a summarized conclusion and argument.• Time Management – able to prioritize tasks and allocate time appropriately.• Presentation Skills – able to deliver public speeches to top management with confidence and clarity• Teamwork skills – able to work in a team and in harmony with all team members but at the same time confident of own skills and opinions.• Knowledge of Lean and Six sigma• Knowledge of APQP, PPQP, PPAP and Customer Handling Process• Leadership skills - ability to identify opportunities, objectives and drive team to achieve result• High level of spoken and written English• Excellent computer skills, presentation (Excel, Word, PowerPoints)• Emergency Handling ability
