Mô Tả Công Việc
- Manage the CRM dashboard to enhance CK Club member loyalty to the brand through the assurance of customer satisfaction, good shopping experience and brand preference:
- Operate and develop the CRM dashboard to enhance CK Club member loyalty.
- Create, implement, and execute customized programs/ offers/ schemes/ products to encourage customer retention & customer loyalty.
- Work closely with related teams to deliver campaigns to CK Club members.
- Set and test schemes, functional on CK CLUB every month.
- Work closely with Supplier, IT to checking and solving issues on CK Club from customer, customer service, store, another department.
- Analyze customers’ feedback (online and offline) to improve customers’ satisfaction.
- Closely coordinate with Brand Experience/ MKT team, Operations, IT and other related departments to maximize the O2O opportunities and to ensure the CRM to work effectively for all aspects of Circle K.
- Assist in organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers.
- Assist the branding team in providing a consistent user experience across all CRM touchpoints.
- Compose reports
- Ad-hoc activities
- Make and submit payment requests.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- • Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- • Experience in Mobile App, CRM system, loyalty system or other system is a need.
- Great communication skills, written and verbal in both Vietnamese and English along with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Tech-savvy
- Good planning, analytical skills, attention to details and project management
- Foresight to anticipate issues, set priorities and proactively develop strong relationships both internal and external
- Positive thinking, can-do attitude, and high level of integrity
