- Manage day-to-day operations from booking to invoicing and job completion for the GSA/CSA department (such as GI, CZ, ZH)
- Track shipments, provide status reports, and communicate any delays/issues to clients and overseas offices.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Promote company services and build awareness of product capabilities.
- Understand client profiles and align service offerings accordingly.
- Support internal and external stakeholders in executing projects and sales activities on time.
- Participate in pricing, quotations activities to ensure best-in-class service quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Handle administrative tasks and other assignments from the Operation Manager

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding, especially air freight operations.
- Experience working with corporate clients and major accounts.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
Technical & Soft Skills:
- Strong understanding of air freight and logistics operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, positive thinking, and capable of working independently.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
- High potential to grow into a team leader or manager role.
Languages:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Mandarin is a plus.
