Customer Management and Support:Manage and update customer information in the management software.Receive orders and coordinate with the sales department to draft contracts and send them to customers as required.Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding products, quality, packaging, shipping, documents, etc.Proactively contact customers via email and send greetings on special occasions (holidays, birthdays).Order and Delivery Tracking:Manage orders from receipt to completion, coordinating with the Logistics department.Contact customers to collect agent information, bookings, and related procedures.Send import-export documents to customers and update order statuses.Resolve issues arising during order execution.Sales and Marketing Support:Collaborate with the Marketing department to execute projects, promotional strategies, and customer care initiatives.Assist sales staff with welcoming customers, setting up meeting rooms, preparing samples, catalogues, etc.Contribute to building and managing communication channels to provide customers with quick and accurate information.Customer Debt Management:Send original documents and work with customers on payment schedules.Monitor receivables and ensure timely payments while supervising the credit extended to customers.Report weekly debt collection plans and coordinate with the accounting department to ensure accurate information.Propose measures to improve debt recovery efficiency and minimize financial risks.Reporting and Information Management:Complete forms, reports, and plans as requested by the department head.Track and report costs and debt risks to the department head to devise preventive plans.

Education:Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.Experience:At least 3 years of experience in export, customer service, or debt management.Preference for candidates with experience in the agricultural or food industry.Skills:Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, and customer management systems).Problem-solving skills, ability to collaborate across departments, and handle arising situations effectively.Basic knowledge of import-export processes and debt management.Attitude:Agile, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.Excellent teamwork skills.
