Support account opening and closure procedures, and manage customer information.
Perform daily trading operations: order receiving, placing, confirming, and settlement.
Handle securities-related services including depository, registration, and corporate actions.
Provide client support and consultation in both Korean and Vietnamese, with a primary focus on
serving Korean clients.
Maintain and organize relevant records and documentation.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s degree in Korean Language, Korean Culture, Finance, Banking, Economics, Business
Administration or relevant fields.
Korean proficiency at TOPIK level 4 or higher (listening and speaking required).
No prior experience required – training will be provided from scratch.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible in handling client-related processes.
Passion for finance and interest in the securities industry.
