• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Coordinate with various teams to address customer's needs in accurate and timely manner

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Excellent knowledge of the English and one of the following languages: Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Melayu, Tagalog, Thai, Khmer, Burmese
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication skills and a high literacy rate
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Desire to learn, responsibility
