Customer Service Staff

- Handle export/import documentation tasks, including issuing HBL or HAWB, A/N, D/O, e-manifest, and debit notes to customers. - Enter shipment information into the company systems.- Track shipping status and maintain good relationships with carriers, warehouses, trucks, and other related departments.- Address and resolve customer disputes or complaints with great care.- Understanding US shipment processes (AMS, FMC, ISF filing) is preferred.- Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements and customer standard operating procedures.- Execute tasks assigned by the region manager, report results regularly, and maintain good cooperation with overseas agents and customers.- Familiarize yourself with the pricing of the responsible region, analyze the current status and development of the routes, and update internal quotations accordingly.- Assist management with any special tasks assigned.
