JOB OBJECTIVEDirect and optimize customer service, pricing, and booking for global freight operations; ensure service excellence, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency; build strategic partnerships with customers, carriers, and overseas agents to drive sustainable growth.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Develop and Manage Pricing Strategies: - Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. - Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges in pricing. - Establish pricing policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness.• Manage Booking and Transactions: - Oversee the booking process from receiving requests to completing transactions. - Monitor and ensure shipments are booked and transported on time and according to customer requirements. - Handle issues related to bookings and transportation, ensuring customer satisfaction.• Negotiate and Liaise with Suppliers: - Work closely with logistics suppliers (carriers, trucking companies, etc.) to negotiate the best prices and contract terms. - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure effective and sustainable cooperation.• Analysis and Reporting: - Track, analyze, and report on pricing and booking performance on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis. - Use data and analytics to propose improvements and optimize pricing and booking processes. - Report issues and trends related to pricing and booking to management.• Support and Develop Team: - Lead, train, and develop the pricing and booking team. - Communicate goals, strategies, and work processes to the team, ensuring understanding and proper execution. - Motivate and encourage the team to achieve the company’s business goals.• Collaborate with Other Departments: - Coordinate with related departments (Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Documentation etc.) to ensure smooth pricing and booking processes. - Ensure requests and feedback from other departments are handled promptly and effectively.• Ensure Compliance and Service Quality: - Ensure all pricing and booking processes comply with company regulations and legal standards. - Monitor and ensure the quality of services provided to customers meets the highest standards.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, International Business, Business Administration, or equivalent.• 5+ years preferred experience in the logistics industry, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.• In-depth knowledge of Sea Freight, Air Freight, import/export, warehousing, and customs clearance.• Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and change management.• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.• Willingness to travel for short-term assignments to branches (e.g., Hai Phong).• Highly proactive, able to work under pressure, and willing to work overtime when required.
