Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:• Empower Customers: Be the go-to support for customers using the OptiSigns app,addressing their questions and resolving issues with efficiency and care across various channels.• Tackle Technical Challenges: Dive into technical issues, using your problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve problems on platforms, ensuring a smooth experience for customers.• Enhance the Experience: Contribute ideas to improve support resources, such as help articles and guides, making them more intuitive and helpful for users.• Drive Customer Success: Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met, gathering insights to better understand their experience and identify opportunities for improvement.• Collaborate for Solutions: Work closely with internal teams, escalating complex issues when necessary, to deliver the best possible support and outcomes for customers.• Support Billing Needs: Assist with billing-related tasks, ensuring a seamless financial experience by helping customers with payments, subscriptions, invoices, and refunds as needed.
