Led a department with 30 - 40 members in multiple cross-functional teams
Have final responsibility for your team’s quality, delivery, and human matters
Project management: work closely with SM/PPO/TA in planning/executing / monitoring and take corrective action in their assigned projects. Managing schedule, risk, assumptions, issues, dependencies, stakeholders
Delivery management: ensure delivered products meet/exceed the agreed timeline/quality
Change management: ensure process improvements are rolled out and applied efficiently
Ensure Kaizen activities happen regularly in Agile / QA and other engineering practices.
Lead VSM workshops to find improvement opportunities
Leverage A3 and similar problem-solving techniques to address major issues
Promote a culture of data-driven within the department with relevant metrics
Responsible for people development strategies such as Coaching, Skill assessment, Evaluation, etc
Work closely with team leadership in people matters, project resources management, and knowledge management. ADM is the direct manager of SM, TA, and PPO in their assigned teams ~ 9 - 12 direct reports
Coach and support your members via daily communication
Report your team matters to upper management case by case
Leading people management by demonstrating empathetic leadership skills
Monitor team motivation, and mood and encourage teamwork with each SM
Develop team education plan and people development plan with HR
Recruitment activities with HR
Employee evaluation activities with HR
Continuous communication with stakeholders to build mutual trust
Communication and coordination with other teams in the company

Who we are looking for
A high-caliber leader with good servant leadership with good management skill
Mindset to lead the whole team Kaizen activities like Toyota A3 problem solving & Value stream mapping
Skill of Data-driven approach by obtaining reliable data for managing effectively
Fluency in English and Vietnamese is a must
Experience in managing multiple complex technology projects with strong project management, client management, service delivery, and people management skills
Excellent communication skills to interact and influence the project team, and coordinate with stakeholders.
Accountable for planning and allocating resources, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Strong exposure to Agile-based methodologies, SCRUM, Change management, etc.
A typical candidate would have 10+ years of experience with solid people/project management skills.
