PASONA VIETNAM is a 100% Japanese-owned company specializing in producing software and providing information technology services for domestic and foreign companies. Due to our business expansion, we need to recruit more Programmers (Developers) with the following job content:
Develop, maintain, and upgrade applications based on client requirements.
Analyze, design, and build software in collaboration with the team.
Implement new features from specification to deployment.
Communicate, attend online meetings, and exchange requirements with Japanese clients.
Research, learn, and apply new technologies in projects.
Participate in various projects and multitask when necessary.
Adhere to software development processes following Agile principles.
Propose ideas to improve project efficiency and quality.
Working hours:Mon - Fri, 8:00 - 17:00

Requirements
6 months - 2 years of experience in software development, especially in outsourcing/offshore projects.
Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python or JavaScript/TypeScript (ReactJS, NodeJS).
Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum or Waterfall.
Experience with databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL, including query optimization.
Proficiency in version control tools like Git/GitLab.
Have knowledge about Docker, Container and CI/CD
Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and the ability to work independently.
Preference
Experience working in a Japanese company
Communication skills in Japanese
