PASONA VIETNAM is a 100% Japanese-owned company specializing in producing software and providing information technology services for domestic and foreign companies. Due to our business expansion, we need to recruit more Programmers (Developers) with the following job content:You will join a project focused on data migration from MySQL to Oracle, playing a key role in designing, developing, and testing tools and scripts to support this processKey responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain backend modules using Java or Kotlin.
Design and implement data migration scenarios from MySQL to Oracle.
Optimize SQL queries and data structures to ensure high performance during migration.
Write Shell Scripts for automation tasks as needed.
Collaborate with QA to develop testing tools and validate data post-migration.
Analyze technical requirements and contribute to system documentation
Working hours:Mon - Fri, 8:00 - 17:00

Requirements
3–4 years of experience in software development using Java or Kotlin.
Proficient in SQL, with hands-on experience in MySQL and/or Oracle.
Strong understanding of large-scale data processing and performance optimization in migration tasks.
Experience with tools or frameworks for data migration and validation (custom-built or third-party).
Solid teamwork, high responsibility, and proactive working attitude.
Preference
Ability to read and understand technical documents in Japanese.
Experience writing and using Shell Scripts (bash) for automation tasks.
