Position OverviewLead the technical architecture and development of the Magenta Design System, a React-based component library serving multiple teams.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & DevelopmentDesign and maintain monorepo architecture with clear dependency managementDefine technical standards for component creation, styling, and testingGuide React component development using TypeScript and Panda CSSEnsure accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and atomic design principlesOversee testing strategy (unit, integration, accessibility)Release & Roadmap ManagementPlan technical roadmaps and manage release schedulesCoordinate breaking changes and provide migration guidesIdentify, prioritize, and manage technical debtCommunicate changes to stakeholder teamsTeam LeadershipMentor developers and lead code reviewsEstablish documentation standards for Storybook and APIsBalance technical debt with feature development priorities
