- Purchasing Administrator is responsible for executing the implementation and control of the company’s policy manual, standard operating procedures to ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective purchasing activities and service delivery for the Wink Hotels properties and the Head Office. This role is additionally in charge of maintaining clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly. The Purchasing Administrator reports directly to Procurement Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least 2 years hotel / hospitality operations experience as an Purchasing Officer or equivalent
• Diploma in business administration, finance / accounting, hospitality management or equivalent
• Knowledgeable about supply chain / supplier network for food and non-food, trade and non-trade items
• Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and inventory management system
• Fair written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Ability to anticipate problems and offer solutions to given circumstances; provide high level of attention to detail
• Conflict management, impact and influencing; listening, understanding and responding; teamwork and cooperation
