Deliver a smooth operation for the users of the property
Supervise, train and monitor all staff including customer service, technical, admin, leasing and outsourced suppliers
Develop Standard Operating Procedures for staff and suppliers on the property
Plan and implement a prudent financial budget for the property
Generate ideas and initiatives to increase income from all sources and reduce costs
- Proactively help the business to grow by building network of commercial and client relationships
- Foster positive relations between developer and building users
- Support other Asset Services projects and activities with your specialist skills, experience and teamwork
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University degree, preferably in real estate, hospitality, business or related
- 2-5 year experiences in property or facilities management, Vietnam experience preferred
- Knowledge of property management or previous experience managing residential or hospitality venues
- Strong people management skills, Excellent Communication skills in English; Computer literacy
- Experience dealing with multinational customers, ability to communicate professionally
- Understanding of general engineering/technical concepts
- Fluently in English
