Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Develop and implement machine learning models to predict client behavior, engagement, and retention, improving overall platform performance.User & Trainer Insights: Analyze data to uncover patterns in user behavior and trainer effectiveness, providing actionable insights to enhance both client and trainer experience.Personalized Fitness Solutions: Create algorithms and predictive models to personalize fitness programs for clients based on historical data, goals, and preferences.Data Visualization & Reporting: Build dynamic dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to key stakeholders, ensuring insights are easily accessible and actionable.Collaboration & Product Optimization: Work with product, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate data science solutions into the Everfit platform, helping shape new features and refine user experience.Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize the platform’s features, user onboarding, and engagement strategies.Data Integrity & Quality: Ensure that data pipelines are clean, accurate, and processed efficiently to support reliable decision-making and model building.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysisStrong proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Scikit-learn).Knowledge of Cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) and Fivetran, Databricks, HightouchSolid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data modeling, and statistical techniques.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib).Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build scalable, data-driven solutions.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.Good English proficiencyNice to have:Experience with fitness or wellness-related platforms, particularly in personal training or health technology.Familiarity with time-series analysis, recommendation systems, and natural language processing (NLP) for client communication insights.
