- Assist the Director of Business Management Division to manage the tasks of BMD as assigned by Director for reaching the assigned plan, in accordance with the IVB strategies in each period and take responsibilities to BMD Director/ Board of Executives (BOEs) for results of assigned tasks.- Directly manage, implement to deploy duties for departments in the BMD, specifically:- Corporate/ Retail Banking Department+ Develop policies and relevant documents related for business promotion and develop corporate/ retail partnerships.+ Develop and push sale of corporate/ retail clients- Cards & New Banking Channel Department+ Develop policies related to Card and E-banking+ Manage and promote the business of card, E-banking+ Research and develop card and E-banking+ Manage risks related to Cards- Bad Debt Collection Department+ Develop policies related to management, handling, and recovery of doubtful debts+ Monitor, review, periodically evaluate, and propose amendments and supplements to suit the provisions of the Law, the SBV, and IVB in each period+ Monitor, supervise, and analyze the current status and quality of doubtful debts of each BU and the whole system to consult the competent authority levels + Coordinate with relevant Units to work with relevant agencies and units in doubt debts handling+ Plan, guide, implement and organize training for B.Us- Advise, assist the BMD Director in management, direction, operation, development of targets, plans, duties of Division in each period and deploy professional duties in assigned scope of works.- Employee Management:+ Allocate KPIs to each employee.+ Follow and manage the level of work completion compared to target and budget. Periodically evaluate the performance result of employee.+ Manage employee and assign tasks efficient and in line with capacity of each employee and requirement.+ Instruct, develop training plan and organize professional training course for employee.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree or upwards with major in banking, finance, economics or equivalent- Wide acknowledge of market and banking products, especially in credit- Ability of developing products, business implementation and promotion- Capability for research, analysis, orientation- Good skills at: + Problem solving, decision – making & management+ Communication; presentation; negotiation- Experience: At least 7 years working experiences in product development, business development/ management and minimum 5 years in management level.- English: Fluency, adapt well with IVB’s work of requirements.
