Deputy Technical Bidding Manager

• Report to the Head of BD Department and other Technical Departments;• Work closely with other BD Manager and BD Executives;• Support the BD Manager in leading and managing the entire bidding and tendering process, from opportunity identification to contract award;• Review and analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and client requirements;• Identify potential partners, subcontractors, and suppliers for collaboration on bids;• Assist in developing bid strategies, cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis to optimize bid competitiveness;• Strong skills in preparing proposals for tender submissions for various consultancy services;• Prepare presentations, and business cases to secure new projects.• Develop Sales & Marketing plans in the relevant market sectors;• Prepare a risk analysis template for tenders and opportunities;• Collaborate and co-ordinate with various internal business units and divisions within the CPG Corporation in Singapore and other countries;• Provide spoken and written Vietnamese-English translation work for presentation and discussion;• Prepare documents for company license/certificate application if any;• Undertake market research required in the relevant market sector;• Other tasks as requested by Head of BD Department;
