*** Job description- Design product, make design sheet, specification...;- Analyze customer’s inputs and design product modifications to meet the expectation of customer;- Conduct design reviews and evaluate the new designs, product developments and engineering changes according to stipulation of customer, statutory and standard requirements;- Specify the methods of measurement and test, and the acceptance criteria applied to evaluate the design, product and process;- Prepare, issue, review and control all design documents, technical specifications in accordance with customer, statutory and standard requirements.

*** Requirement - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).- Language: Intermediate English skill; - Fluent in Auto Cad, Excel, Word, Power Point - Must be capable of working independently and as part of a team - Have knowledge related to 5S, Kaizen, 4M, 5W1H or have experience in relevant position is a plus (Freshers are accepted) - Logical thinking, honestly, compliance-minded, hard-working, careful and high sense of responsibilities- Having at least 1 year of experience working in a similar position is an advantage*** Benefit: - Working time: 22 days/month, 12 annual leaves/year - Attractive remuneration system: bonus for holidays: April 30, September 2, Lunar New Year, New Year - Yearly salary review - Company trip and teambuilding activities - Shuttle buses from Hai Duong city or Hanoi city to the factory - Other benefits under current Vietnamese labor law.
