- Manage back-office functions including Finance, HR, Legal/Compliance, and Administration to ensure efficient operations.- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for all support functions.- Oversee financial processes, including planning, budgeting, cost control, and reporting.- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, corporate policies, and legal requirements.- Manage administrative and HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.- Partner with leadership to align back-office operations with business objectives.- Develop and mentor back-office team members to build a high-performing department.- Act as the primary liaison for all communications and collaborations with the headquarters in Vietnam.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, Law, or related fields.- Strong knowledge of Finance, Compliance, HR operations, and Administrative management.- Proven experience in process improvement and operational efficiency strategies.- Experience working with international teams.- English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.0+ or business fluency.
