[District 4] Senior Backend (Golang, Java, .Net, Scala)

Responsibilities: Part of the platform team, translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring seamless system integration Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust backend systems Analyze and upgrade existing modules written in languages like Go, .Net, Java or Scala Contribute to architectural discussions and advocate for best practices and automation Contribute to code reviews and provide feedback to other team mate Requirements: 5+ years of experience in using Java, Scala, Go, C#. Good experience designing, developing, and deploying high-performance, data-intensive applications Proven experience architecting and implementing microservices. Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions Good understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Helm and Terraform is a plus Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Experience code reviews and providing constructive feedback
