• Arrival guest luggage
• To help guest to open car door as the guest arrive at lobby
• To welcome guest on arrival using standard greeting:
• " Xin chao Mr / Mrs …… welcome to Azerai Can Tho, nice to meet you "
• To take care guest hand carry luggage upon arrival.
• To unload guest luggage from the car and put them neatly in the lobby on a proper location.
• To attach each luggage with luggage tag for check in co-ordinate with Guest Assistant to make sure each luggage tagged with the correct room number.
• To stand by at the Front Office counter for luggage assistance and other tasks assigned by Front Office Manager/ Assistant Front Office Manager/ Supervisor.
• To check transfer schedule on your shift, always recheck for any transfer re-scheduling (Flight delay or early).
• To get cool towels and mineral water in a cooling box that already prepared for the arrival and departure transfer.
• To go to airport or other hotel to pick up the guest on a certain time so that you can arrive there a few minutes before the appointed time, e.g.: To pick up arrival guest from airport, you must be at least one hour before flight arrival (ETA).
• To be cooperative for any schedule changing
• To be ready at least 15 minutes before the job
• To complete the car’s amenities; first aid box, brochures, cold towels, water and hand tissue.
• To be always checking the equipment and cleanliness condition (inside and outside).
• To report to the Front Office Manager for any damage, cleanliness and uncompleted amenities.
• To keep and maintain the properties and parking area.
• Other duties as directed by the Department Head.
