- To cooperate, coordinate and communicate with other hotel departments as required.
- To supervise and direct subordinates.
- To monitor and maintain a very high standard of personal hygiene, behavior and grooming standards of staff.
- To inspect front of house and back of house regularly for cleanliness.
- To ensure VIPs and priority club guests receive special attention.
- To promote inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities.
- To analyse and approve discounts and rebates.
- To react to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the Hotel.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: University graduation (Hospitality background)
Language: Good communication in English
At least two years of working experience in similar position
