- Build and maintain client relations.
- Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Service teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
- Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition.
- Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department.
- Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.
- Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
- Other tasks required by CEO/ Director.
- Responsible for searching, contacting by phone, introducing, consulting and selling service packages of Alibaba Group (Alibaba.com) for export enterprises.
- Solve, judge directly, persuade Export Enterprises to buy service packages of Alibaba Group.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Demonstrated and proven sales results.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented.
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market.
- Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills both in English/ Chinese and Vietnamese.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in related fields ( Ecommerce B2B, Application solutions, CRM system...)

- Full Gross salary for Insurance participation
- Working time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 12:00 & 13:00 – 17:30
- Working location: Sala Urban Area, No. 21 - 23 B4 Street, An Loi Dong Ward, Thu Duc city, HCM city
