JOB BRIEF: The Ecommerce Conversion Rate Optimization Manager will be responsible for analyzing Ecommerce platforms data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to increase conversion rates. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of SEO, user behavior, and a passion for improving website performance.III. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Results measurement Results for this position are measured in • Revenue in absolute value by channel • Year on year growth by channel • Onsite Rate: Bounce Rate, Abandon Browsing Rate, Abandon Cart Rate, Conversion Rate, Retention Rate. • Churn rate • Site traffic by channel • Customer acquisition 2. Responsibilities • Data Analysis: Delve into analytics data to identify user behavior patterns and areas of the website where users drop off or fail to complete desired actions. Use tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and A/B test results to gather insights. • User Research: Understanding the target audience is crucial. Conduct user surveys, and customer feedback analysis to gain insights into user preferences, pain points, and motivations. • A/B Testing: Run controlled experiments to determine the best performing experiences to continuously improve the website and app for Ocado customers. • Ecommerce platforms (Website, Mobile, Application) Optimization: Based on data and test results, make recommendations and implement changes to the platform's design, content, layout, and functionality to improve user experience and increase conversions. • Content Optimization: Focus on improving the clarity and persuasiveness of platform content, ensuring that it resonates with the target audience and encourages action. • Conversion Funnel Analysis: Analyze the various stages of the conversion funnel to identify bottlenecks and areas that can be streamlined to increase the conversion rate. • Multivariate Testing: In addition to A/B testing, conduct multivariate tests to assess how multiple elements interact and impact conversions. • Continuous Monitoring: Continuously monitor platform performance, adapt to changes in user behavior, and make iterative improvements. • Reporting and Communication: Regularly report on the results of their efforts, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders, such as marketing teams and web developers. • Develop a personalized experience: Using data and technology to ensure a relevant and personalized experience to ecommerce’s new and existing customers. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and practices.

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience with proven working experience in similar role• Experience in conversion rate optimization for e-commerce• Excellent ability to analyze data and propose commercial objectives• Knowledgeable of analytical tools for funnel and search measurement (Google Analytics, MixPanel, HotJar, ContentSquare, etc.)• An understanding of e-Commerce UX, content and development projects, and intuitive knowledge of how users interact and shop in a digital environment• Able to lead a team and drive new processes for efficiency• Proven (content) team management experience. Able to build a team, help it perform and foster a positive team culture• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities effectively• Fluent in Vietnamese, proficient in English• Flexible & collaborative attitude, excited about a fast-paced start-up environment• Ability to conceptualize ideas and create processes, tools & templates independently• Ideally Ecommerce experience or at least strong knowledge & understanding• Strive for impact and high performance.
