Ecommerce Manager

_ Identify and contact individuals with existing offline and online sales channels to recruit them as online salesagents for MCH._ Develop and implement a distribution & sales model for this online agent channel to ensure product availabilityfor the market and consumers._ Manage the online sales agent system, including but not limited to: product supply, promotional programsbased on MCH's policies, product display, organizing livestream sessions and/or posting product advertisingvideos on agents' personal pages with frequency and content directly instructed by MCH, and managingagents' regular order revenue._ Monitor the online sales agents' compliance with MCH policies such as the official product procurement policyfrom MCH, retail pricing and consumer promotion policies, sales channels to consumers, and paymentprocesses._ Build and develop the capabilities of the agents through support such as: salary and bonus schemes, welfarepolicies, training, coaching, personal development, talent development schemes, motivation, rewards, andcareer advancement._ Collaborate closely with other departments in the e-commerce sales team to ensure consistency in operationsand sales policies, information updates, and adherence to company regulations._ Maintain communication and collaboration with relevant functional departments in managing the agent system,such as the Sales Support department, Finance and Accounting department, Procurement department,Information Technology department, and Administration department._ Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
