In the Early Years and Kindergarten, lead learning about Vietnamese culture throughHost Country Studies lessons.• Develop and implement a comprehensive Vietnamese curriculum for students aligning with the IBPrimary Years Programme (PYP) and UNIS Hanoi's educational philosophy.• Create engaging and relevant lesson plans that promote language acquisition, critical thinking,and cultural understanding.• Provide a differentiated programme of instruction that provides appropriate challenges inalignment with our commitment to Multi Tiered Systems of Support.• Assess and report student progress.• Share in the overall responsibility for the academic progress, personal development, health andsafety, discipline and well-being of all students.• Participate in and organise meetings to support the school’s language curriculum.• Work in a collaborative team to create engaging and meaningful learning experiences.• Coordinate and organise celebrations to celebrate the Moon Festival and Tet as part of ourcommitment to the integration of Vietnamese cultural practices and learning into the Elementarycurriculum.• Any other reasonable duties, as directed by the Principal.
