Software development for Multi-Functional Printers (MFPs) and related optional devices requires extensive expertise and advanced technical skills. Our projects are large-scale, and by enhancing your skills, you can experience significant achievements upon project completion. Objective: Development of embedded software for MFPs and related optional devices. Job Responsibilities: Act as a bridge engineer between our company and business partners. Job Description: Responsible for developing dedicated software to control MFPs and related optional devices. Perform debugging and evaluation using hardware devices and simulators. Support communication and coordination between our company and business partners as bridge engineers. Understanding requirements through communication in Japanese. Reporting work progress. Provide explanations and instructions regarding specifications and response plans to business partners to ensure product quality. Accurate translation and communication that respects local official languages and customs.

Work Experience: Experience in software development, regardless of programming language. Or experience participating in software development as a Bridge Software Engineer. Preferred Qualifications: Development experience in C/C++ Embedded software development experience Experience creating specifications (or requirements documents) in Japanese Experience in development on Windows and Linux environments Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Japanese at N2 level or above, with fluent speaking, listening, and writing skills. Proficiency in English, with the ability to speak, listen, and write. Ability to actively communicate and cooperate with colleagues and supervisors. Willingness to work for a long period (10 years or more) as a founding member of the company. Education/Academic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science-related field, or equivalent experience Relevant technical certifications
