Employer Branding Supervisor

1.Employer brand awareness promotion: Propose and implement Employer Branding strategies and programs to build the employer brand in various channels (Jollibee website, Facebook, LinkedIn, POSM...) Corporate with HR Regional to promote the JFC EVP through various Vietnam channels/digital platforms. Create a comprehensive program that enables employees as primary ambassadors who showcase their employee experience to help attract top talents. Be a leader in organizing the event internal & external Jollibee Build long-lasting relationships with university partners and other source suppliers 2.Data analyst and measurement: Measure and report the effectiveness of Employer Branding campaigns on analytics Continuously review past projects for improvement, and provide feedback of these results to stakeholders and making data-driven decisions about future Employer Branding activities. 3.Other tasks as assigned
