The English Teacher will be responsible for planning, organizing, conducting and reporting English learning progress of all learners.
On top of this, the English Teacher will also have to arrange any extracurricular activities and set targets for trainees.
Advising trainees on learning method.
Organizing and delivering classroom lectures to trainees.
Evaluating a trainees' class work and assignments.
Preparing classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments, and handouts.
Recording and maintain accurate trainee attendance records and grades.
Classroom management.
Developing English lesson plans in line with the technical requirement of the trainees’ positions.
Maintaining discipline in the classroom.
Creating a vibrant teaching atmosphere.
Cooperate with other HR members to fulfill the HR tasks
Liaise with respective HODs for monthly training plan and training record
Submit regular training report to HRM
Orientation conducting
Others as per assignment from time to time from Management Board.
