We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our Corporate Quality & Sustainability (CQS) team. You will lead the execution of corporate circularity and waste management strategies and support environmental operations at our Vietnam and Cambodia factories. This is a key role in driving our sustainability agenda and ensuring compliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of waste management strategies, focusing on pre-consumer fabric waste.• Support circularity and waste management initiatives across factories, including on-site inspections.• Supervise factories’ compliance with legal, customer, and corporate requirements.• Support environment-related operations, including Higg FEM & ZDHC initiatives at Vietnam and Cambodia factories.• Oversee the certification process for sustainable materials (e.g., GRS, RCS, GOTS, BCI, OCS).• Monitor and report on environmental performance and customer requirements.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Management, Engineering, or a related field.• 5-7 years of relevant experience (candidates with less experience may be considered for Senior Officer roles).• Experience in garment manufacturing and knowledge of Higg FEM, ZDHC, GRS, RCS, GOTS, BCI, and OCS is a plus.• Strong knowledge of local waste management regulations.• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.• Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
