ERP Implementation: Take a critical role in the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external consultants to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.Post Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing support to users post go-live, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and work on optimizing configurations and processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.Upgrades and Enhancements: Plan and manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 3-5 years of experience in implementing ERP systems, with a significant portion of that time spent on Microsoft Dynamics 365.Has experience in implementing and supporting the Finance and Accounting functions of MS D365.Proven track record of successfully executing full-cycle ERP implementations, including planning, execution, and post-go-live support.Experience in industries relevant to VTI businesses: F&B, Retail, Coffee chain, Fashion Lifestyle, and Manufacturing.Experience leading cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, business analysts, and external consultants.Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 with other business systems, such as POS, Mobile App, CRM, HR, and third-party applications.
