1.Key Interface For factory F&A Operation Issues
a) Contact person for local Chinese-speaking team & Vietnamese shared service centre F&A team (Regent SSC)
b) Review key contracts
c) Take up the ownership for local projects of key control points:
- Inventory/Fixed asset disposal
- Stock take
- Related projects for statutory filing
- Cash payment control
2.SOP Implementation
a) Set up SOPs relating to key control points for factory operation
b) Provide training for SOP to local team
c) Key contact point to answer queries on SOPs and monitor/audit the implementation progress
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/BBA
At least 5 years of Finance/Accounting working experience;
Preferably at manufacturing companies;
Big 4 experience is a plus
Knowledge and skills

Other requirements
1) Good Proficiency in Chinese is a must
2) Training courses in ACCA/CPA/CMA/CIMA is preferred
3) Computer Proficiency (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
